How toReturn Goods|Return Process

Step 1: Log in

Use the email from your order and enter the OTP verification code.

Step 2: Select the Product

Find the item you wish to return, click "Request Return", and choose your return reason.

Step 3: Arrange the Return

Customer Service will give you a return order number. Please pack the product securely and return it using one of the following methods:

  • Convenience Store Return – Go to the original 7-Eleven or FamilyMart, print the return form
    at the in-store machine (ibon, etc.), and hand the package to staff.
  • Yamato(T-Cat) Pickup – The driver will contact you to collect the package from your address.

Step 4: Product Check

After we receive the package, we will inspect the item. If it meets the return criteria, you’ll be notified of the result.

Step 5: Refund

  • Cash on Delivery orders – Provide your bank account for a full refund.
  • Credit Card orders – Refund will be issued to your original card within 15–20 working days.
